These six-axle cars are mainly used on the Ring metro service between Gein and Isolatorweg, with third-rail current collection and 2.65m wide bodies (folding steps allow them to be used on conventional metro sections). However, four of them are fitted with pantographs for use on the Amstelveen service if needed.

The original light metro sets for the Amstelveen route. On the metro section from cs to Zuid/wtc they use third rail and deploy their folding steps; from there to Amstelveen they raise their pantographs (two per unit) and drop the steps to reduce the body width to 2.65m. Metro M1 (1st generation)

The original metro stock, 2.80m wide and using third-rail current collection. The model has animated doors and bogies and a full interior. Note the slightly grubby “inox” look - something impossible to achieve with earlier versions of Rail3D.
